As long as your pup is fully vaccinated and on flea prevention, we are able to have them join us!
-
Not at all! It's never too late to start but it can take more time. If your dog is very anxious, fearful or has set in habits you would like to break, please book their academy training for at least 3 or 4 weeks. The longer your dog has had these habits, the longer it can take to break them. If your dog is extremely fearful, we need enough time to build a bond and make them comfortable.
*We encourage you to book your pup for Day Camp and or Private Training prior to their stay so they have a chance to become accustomed to us and our facility.
We will keep you updated with your pup's progress. Please note, if you have only booked 2 weeks and your dog isn't progressing due to fear/anxiety/health, we will recommend additional time.
-
Due to the behavior nature of smaller breeds, all small breeds require 3 weeks of in-boarding training for Puppy Preschool or Ultimutt Academy, regardless of age.
-
All the dogs that join us must be friendly with other dogs so that we can allow all breeds and sizes to enjoy free range boarding as a group. We are always watching to make sure everyone is playing properly in order to avoid injuries.
If your dog is under 10 pounds, please contact us ahead of time to make sure our setting is the right fit. Very small dogs tend to be extra nervous and fearful so we will want to make sure we have time to make them comfortable in order to properly train them.
